Acceptance JobBeam is a site that allows you to search for employment, this is a free service for all JobSeekers. Upon using or visiting this websiteyou subscribe to these terms and agreements. If you do not assent to this disclaimer of privacy, you do not have permission to use www.JobBeam.com. You understand that due to the nature of this site your personal information is posted for viewing by all registered employers. JobBeam is not responsible for the way that employers may chose to utilize this information. You agree that you have posted your information accurately and willingly with the understanding that it will be viewed by potential employers. You understand that once you post a video, it is available for public viewing. Candidate videos appear on the front page of the website, they are randomly rotated each time the page is refreshed. You understand that your video may appear on the front page of the website at any time. Should you choose to upload personal information, images, or videos to the JobBeam website you accept full responsibility for allowing that information to be accessed via the internet. While JobBeam takes all reasonable precautions to protect this information, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or distribution of the material by other members accessing the site. Access a) Employers will not be able to view candidate video or profiles unless they are registered on JobBeam.com b) Employers' videos are available for viewing by the general public and are protected by JobBeam copyright and Intellectual Property Rights. c) When submitting information for a user account, or posting a video, you agree that all information provided is both current and accurate. Terms of Use a) You agree that all information posted in your profile is accurate, current, and available for the professional use of JobBeam and registered employers. b) You agree the information posted on this site is not misleading for potential employers. c) You agree that JobBeam and registered employers may use the information, images, and media uploaded by you, at our professional discretion. Images/Multimedia You may upload a photograph or multimedia representation of yourself for your profile. The purpose of this multimedia is so that you may gain recognition from potential employers. You acknowledge that your photographs and videos will be viewed by personnel other than the JobBeam staff, and that JobBeam cannot guarantee confidentiality with respect to the material. In posting videos and photographs you guarantee that you are the owner of the material, that the material is accurate and current, and that the images and videos are of you personally. You agree to allow JobBeam to use discretion in the professional use of your images and videos. You acknowledge that JobBeam cannot guarantee confidentiality with respect to the material you upload onto the site, and you understand that this material will be viewed by any employers that have registered on www.JobBeam.com. Use of your Information You submit a great deal of personal information when you register and create a profile with JobBeam. This personal information may include without limitation, contact numbers, your location, address, photographs, videos, and resumes. JobBeam posts this information to be viewed by potential employers, and is not responsible for any way this information may be used, or misused by registered employers. You agree to allow JobBeam to use your video and images for our own promotional purposes. Security JobBeam does take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal material is not duplicated, distributed, altered, or destroyed in any way. We also take steps to ensure that your images and videos are not easily copied and/or transferred. While we do ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the security of your information, we cannot guarantee it and will not be held responsible for any contravention of our security precautions. Upon registration, all employers will agree that all candidate information gained from JobBeam.com will be used only for ethical recruitment practice. However, JobBeam does not monitor how information is being used by employers. JobBeam accepts no responsibility for the misuse of any personal information that a candidate chooses to post online. Intellectual Property All client information posted on the JobBeam website is to be considered the intellectual property of JobBeam. You may not, for any reason, duplicate, distribute, display, or sell any information found on the JobBeam website. Intellectual property extends to include text, graphics, images, videos, information, and copyrights. Monitoring JobBeam is not obligated to monitor the videos and images uploaded onto individual employer or candidate profiles. However, JobBeam does maintain the right to view and remove any material deemed to be inappropriate. JobBeam deems material that is vulgar, defamatory, offensive, explicit, or libellous to be inappropriate and will be removed. JobBeam acts as a passive conduit for communication between job seekers and potential employers. JobBeam does not monitor any of the communication that results from information gathered from this platform. JobBeam requires that both Job Seekers and Employers adhere to the rules of appropriate online conduct during any exchange. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to: a. Violating any of the terms or conditions of this agreement; b. Providing any false information, personal or otherwise, during the registration process; c. Transmitting anything that is known to be harmful to any person or property including, but not limited to viruses, Trojan Horses, or worms; d. Distributing any destructive information of activities that are illegal, or could cause any harm to one person, a group of people, or property. e. Removing any copyright, trademark, or watermark, of materials that do not belong to you, or attempt to display licensed material as your own. f. You will not in any way distribute any material that is not permitted by law or these terms and conditions including, but not limited to pyramid schemes, chain letters or unsettling commercials or advertisements. g. In any way distribute any material that may be considered slanderous, defamatory, infringing, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate in any way. h. Use information that you gain from the use of our services to stalk, harass, threaten, denigrate, or in any way violate the rights of another person, or group of people. All employers do agree, upon registration, that all information they provide is both accurate and current, however, JobBeam will not be held responsible for any violation of this agreement.
