JOBBEAM is a web site venue available to employers to post job opportunities and to job seekers to post resumes. JOBBEAM grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right of access, use of this Site and the content thereon, for your personal or internal company use, subject to the following limitations. By using this Site, you agree to the following limitations:
1. This Site may be used only for lawful purposes and only for purposes that are consistent with the purpose of this Site.
2 .You may not, and you will not permit others, to directly or indirectly, post any materials that are false, inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise misleading. You may not create or use a false identity on this Site. You may not register an email address that you do not own or for which you do not have the expressed permission of the owner to register.
3. You may not post any job information for any competitor of JOBBEAM or post any other content that contains links to any site competitive with JOBBEAM.
4. You may not post any franchise, pyramid scheme, distributorship, or any other business arrangement that requires an up front payment or that requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
5. You may not delete, revise or modify in any way any materials posted on this Site by any other person or entity. You may not aggregate, copy, or duplicate in any manner any of the materials or information available from the Site.
6. You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or to attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or of any activity being conducted on this Site.

You agree to immediately notify JOBBEAM of any use of your registration or password not expressly authorized by you. You may not share your password with a third party for any unauthorized or unlawful use, or for any action that would violate the purposes of this Site or the stated or implied limitations on use in these Terms.
If you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Site, you may not disclose or share your password with any third parties or allow them to use your password for any unauthorized purpose.
POSTINGS
You may only post materials to this Site for the lawful, stated purposes of this Site. You are solely responsible for the content of your postings and for any consequences which may arise from your posting. JOBBEAM acts as passive conduit of online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance. JOBBEAM may from time to time, at its own discretion, randomly inspect the content of postings to investigate compliance with these Terms and may also conduct such inspections upon receiving allegations or complaints. JOBBEAM may take action if the posting is found to be non-compliant in whole or in part. JOBBEAM has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. JOBBEAM reserves the right to remove materials from postings, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, that are objectionable or in violation of these Terms. JOBBEAM may also expel users and prevent their further access for violating the Terms or the law. JOBBEAM may also take any action it deems necessary or appropriate with respect to user- submitted materials it believes may create a liability for JOBBEAM.
It is your sole responsibility to amend the content of your posting as needed, and to terminate registration when your need for this service no longer exists. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JOBBEAM reserves the right to delete without notice postings and registrations that have been inactive for a specified time period as determined by JOBBEAM at its sole discretion.

CHOICE OF LAW
This Site is controlled, operated and administered from its offices within Canada. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. JOBBEAM makes no representation or warranty that materials at this Site are appropriate for use at any locations outside Canada. If you access this Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with local law. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the courts having jurisdiction within Toronto, or if no jurisdiction exists, in the Province of Ontario.
AGREEMENT
Use of this Site indicates acceptance of and agreement with all paragraphs of these Terms, as amended from time to time, at the sole discretion of JOBBEAM. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms and to review any changes to these Terms that may be made. Continued use of this Site indicates agreement with any changes that may have been made.
