	JobBeam is a media-based job board. Our uniqueness, offers employers and potential employees the opportunity to post videos. In conjunction with their videos, job seekers are able to post their resumes. This gives potential employees and employers the opportunity to be matched via video content. JobBeam also aids in proximity searching, and electronic email/SMS notifications. Whether you are looking for a job, or you are searching for the perfect match for your company, JobBeam gives you the tools that allow you to find the best job fit possible.

	Tools:

	Video posting: - Allows for job seekers to view videos of employers which gives the job seeker a better idea of the type of job they are applying to. - Allows for employers to view videos of job seekers, alongside their resumes.

	SMS Blast: - When an employer posts a job, that job will be blasted/texted to the job seeker’s cell phone. - It’s about taking a proactive approach, rather than a reactive approach.

	Email Blast: - Similar to the SMS blast, the email blast will send out desired job postings to the job seeker’s email account.

	Proximity Searches: - Gives job seekers the ability to type in their postal code, and a list of jobs in their desired area will come up. - Gives employers the ability to type in a postal code and find all the job seekers in their desired area. - When the postal code is typed in there is a choice between a 25km and a 50km radius for both job seekers and employers to find their desired results.
